More than 30 employees, including a number of company executives, endured a rainy Halloween last week to hand out candy to young trick-or-treaters on the eastside of Detroit.
More than 4,500 kids were treated to Halloween treats.
The event was called “Trunk-or-Treat” as employees and executives dressed the back of eight company vehicles in Halloween themes and dished out candy from their trunks. The Halloween afternoon event was held at Detroit’s Fifth Police Precinct on Conner Avenue, across from the Jefferson North Assembly Plant, and down the road from construction on the new assembly plant on Mack Avenue.
