The most recent Stellantis quarterly air monitoring data from April thru June demonstrates that the air quality in
the area continues to meet the standards for the analytes tested, including the National Ambient Air Quality
Standard (NAAQS) for Particulate Matter smaller than 2.5 microns (PM 2.5) and Nitrogen Dioxide (NO2), according
to the monitoring station on the Detroit Assembly Complex – Mack (DACM) property.

In June, due to the Canadian wildfires that prompted regional Air Quality Alerts across southeast Michigan, the
monthly PM 2.5 average air quality in the metro Detroit area was above the annual NAAQS. PM 2.5 concentration
levels at the DACM air monitoring station averaged 7.8 in April and May, and 23 in June. Other Michigan
Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (EGLE) monitoring sites in the area for June were
even higher, recording levels of 33 in Dearborn and 31 in Detroit Southwest and Detroit Police 4th Precinct.

Additionally, ambient air volatile organic compound (VOC) testing continues to show that no VOCs are present in
the air at a concentration above, or even close to, their respective Michigan Air Toxics Screening Levels.
